CHIWEST offers two payment methods – direct bank transfer and Paypal online payment.

1 Bank Transfer

Applicants can use a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee. While transferring funds, remember to bring CHIWEST's bank account information, and specify that the funds are for "Application Fee" on the bank transfer slip. Remember to also leave your Application ID. CHIWEST will use your application number to confirm your payment –your unique Application ID can be found in My CHIWEST-> My Applications -> Submitted Applications. CHIWEST usually requires two to three weeks to confirm electronic money transfers. To save time during your application process, please make a scan of the bank receipt from your money transfer and send it to "service@chiwest.cn".

Please note: Some banks may charge a certain fee for any money transfer.

2 PayPal

Payments made through Paypal are safe, easy and convenient.
If you have used Paypal in the past, please click the Paypal button on the screen to make your payment.
If you have never used Paypal before, you must first use your e-mail to register a Paypal account number. After confirming and activating your Paypal account, follow the instructions and register your credit card with your account. Once your credit card is linked to your Paypal account you can use this to pay the application fee.
 

3 West Union

Reciever's Name: Gao Xiao
(1) Go to your nearest Western Union service provider. Remember to take reciever' s name with you.
(2) Fill out the form provided and show your government-issued identification card or other supporting documents to the service provider.
(3) The service provider will wire the money for you.
(4) You will be required to sign a receipt after you have verified all the details printed on the receipt are correct. One of the details printed on the receipt is your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).
(5) Please contact CHIWEST after you made the payment, and send the photocopy of receipt by email to confirm your payment.
