
How can I check my application?
Login to My Chiwest to check the status of your application(s).
Application Status Explanation
Incomplete: This indicates that your application has not been submitted to the school. At any time, you can login to My CHIWEST->My Applications->Saved Applications and click "Continue" to check, edit or submit your application. You can also click "Delete" to cancel the application.
Under Verification: This tells you that the admission office is currently processing your application..
Returned: This indicates that the school has reviewed your application and discovered one or more problems that require you to make changes in your application. The school will make note of what needs to be changed. Please click the “Edit” button to make the necessary changes. Please note that you do not need to pay the application fee again when resubmitting your application.
Resubmission Under Verification: This indicates that the school is currently examining your resubmitted application.
Passed: This indicates that your application has been accepted. At this time you will receive an e-mail notice.
Rejected: This indicates that the school has rejected your application. You can check to see the school’s stated reason for rejection.
Cancelled: This indicates that you have canceled this application. You can to go My Applications->Submitted Applications and click "Cancel" to cancel the application. You can also look in "Cancelled Applications" to see all invalid applications. Please note that once you have clicked "Cancelled" you can no longer recover the application. If you still need to apply for a particular course, go to the relevant course page and start a new application.
How can I confirm payment?
When the application fee is successfully paid, the system will send a confirmation letter to your registered e-mail address with payment details. The letter will be encoded to protect your personal information.
Why I have not received any reply from the school?
It normally takes 7 to 10 working days for the admission office to process the application and to prepare the offering package with visa supporting document. If you have not received a reply for more than 2 weeks, you can contact the customer service at service@chiwest.cn to solve the problem.
How can I see application results?
Applicants can login to My CHIWEST -> Submitted Applications to check the progress of any application. The “Application Status” will be updated as soon as the admission office made the decision, and the CHIWEST system will send a confirmation E-mail to your registered E-mail account.
