Neso China was officially founded in June 2001 by the Netherlands organization of international cooperation in higher education (Nuffic) in cooperation with the Chinese Service Center . Neso China is a non-for-profit non-governmental organisation. It is financed by the Netherlands Ministry of Education, Culture and Sciences.
