Firstly, some of China's universities accept applicants with any education background for their Chinese language couses. Secondly, you can choose to learn Chinese at a language school. China's major cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other cities have special language schools to teach foreign students Chinese language and Chinese culture courses. These schools generally do not have educational level and age restrictions. At the same time, many of the language courses offered by public universities welcome any applicants with any academic background to apply. What applicants need to pay attention to is that if you are under 18 years old, you need to submit a letter of consent from your guardian.
