Admission Procedure

1. Submit application

Applicants submit your application and pay for application fee as well. School will not process your application for any courses until your payment is verified.

2.  Wait for school processing

It normally takes 4 to 8 weeks for the university’s admission office to process the application. All you need to do is regularly log on to your personal page to check the application status.

3. Get result

Once the decision is made by the university admission office, your application result would be displayed instantly in your personal CUCAS account - meanwhile, CUCAS will automatically send a notification to your registered e-mail address.

4. Apply for Visa

It would take several working days (5-15 days) to send your Admission Letter and visa application form (JW201/ JW202 form). With these documents, you could apply for your Chinese visa. More information about pre-departure arrangements>>

5.  Solve problems

If you have not received a reply for more than 4 weeks, you can contact the customer service at service@cucas.cn to solve the problem.
