Submitting your application

CUCAS Online Application System allows international applicants to DIRECTLY apply for degree & non-degree programs at China's universities.

We ask you to complete the following main sections.

All the sections listed are required to be completed, as in the picture shown below. This is a requirement of the university processing your application.

 

Once you have finished all the sections, you can submit your application by clicking the Submit button.

 

If you have any difficulties in submitting your application, please contact service@cucas.cn.

When you have submitted your application, please wait for the university’s response. Any questions regarding your application status can be sent to admission@cucas.cn

1. Complete online application form

In this section, applicants need to fill out the online application form which asks for the applicant's personal information, education background, language proficiency, etc.

Some form items have certain requirements which will be listed below the blank. Please fill in the blanks as requested.

 

If you are confused about how to fill out the form, please check if there is any instruction behind the blank, as shown below.

 

2. Upload Required Application materials

Please upload photocopies of required application materials according to the university’s admission criteria.
All the materials should be MS-Word (.doc), Adobe PDF (.pdf) documents, image files (.gif, .jpg), or compression files (.rar, .zip). Each file cannot exceed 8 MB (megabytes)

At this time, the file will be uploaded by CUCAS automatically. According to your local connection speed, uploading will normally last from a few seconds to 1 minute. In the uploading process, please don’t leave the current section or make any changes.

 

3. Make Payment

In this section, please pay your application fee to each university in addition to the CUCAS processing fee.

  • An application fee is charged by the individual university or universities that you apply to.
  • A CUCAS processing fee is charged for the operation and maintenance of CUCAS. (30 U.S. dollars, which covers your application to six programs.)

CUCAS offers four types of payment methods. Please carefully select  your preferred payment method to make the payment.

CUCAS offers an online invoice to help you to make an offline payment more conveniently. Click on ‘Browse Invoice’ to see your CUCAS invoice. Please take the invoice with you when you wire the money.


 

Students who choose Western Union or Bank transfer as their payment method need to upload the payment receipt after you wire the money at the post office or in the bank.


4. Submit Application

Please submit your application once the application fee is confirmed by CUCAS.

To submit your application, please access My CUCAS-> My Applications by logging in CUCAS, click 'Continue' at 'Application Status' column, and go to the 'Submit Application' section.

You will see a big 'Submit' button. Click the button and your application will be sent  directly to the university.
