How to track your application progress?

CUCAS offers applicants personal account to check and manage the applications.

Check application status

As shown below, login and click "Track Progress" to My Applications to check the application status.

My Applications Page- you may browse all the applications you've saved and submitted.

Application Status Description

 Processing: School is considering your application against its own admissions criteria.

Pending: Your application needs to be edited according to university's request.

Refused: Your application is refused by School.

Accepted: Your application is accepted by School. Please wait for your acceptance letter. 

Make payment

CUCAS offers four kinds of payment methods – bank transfer overseas, direct bank transfer in China, Paypal online payment and Western Union. When the application fee is successfully paid, the system will send a confirmation letter to your registered e-mail address with payment details. The letter will be encoded to protect your personal information.

Wait for school reply

It normally takes 4 to 8 weeks for the admission office to process the application and to prepare the offering package with visa supporting document. If you have not received a reply for more than 4 weeks, you can send e-mail at admission@cucas.cn to solve the problem. Please include your application ID when you sending the e-mail.

Get application result

Applicants can login to My CUCAS -> Completd Applications to check the progress of any application. The “Application Status” will be updated as soon as the admission office made the decision, and CUCAS system will send a confirmation e-mail to your registered e-mail address. Once the decision is made by the university, it will be taken several business days (5-15 days) to send your Admission Letter and visa application form (JW202 form).
