When to apply?
Applicant should apply for the program before two months of the school starting. And the detail application deadline is definitely instructed in the program page that you apply. If the program that you intend to apply is out the deadline, you can contact us at service@cucas.cn for further information.

Why CUCAS is reliable? If I have paid the application fee, but the university didn't give me the offer, how to solve this problem?
CUCAS is the official organization responsible for managing applications to courses in China. China's Institutions would deal with applications directly on CUCAS SYSTEM. We help students to find the right course. We try to make things run as smoothly as possible by providing innovative online tools which make it easier for students and China's schools to manage applications and offers.
If you are refused by the university which you applied, CUCAS will inform you as soon as possible via email. And according to your situation, we will recommend you to choose other university that is suitable for you.
After submitting my application files, how can I get the response from the university?
It normally takes 7 to 10 working days for the admission office to process the application and to prepare the offering package with visa supporting document. They will send you the relevant files for registration via e-mail or post office. If you have not received a reply for more than 2 weeks, you can contact the customer service at service@cucas.cn to solve the problem.
Can I edit my application?
If you have started applying for one certain course without submitting, you could log in your CUCAS account, find the application in "My Applications", click the "edit" button to edit this application.
If you have paid for the application fee, the application status would be changed to "submitted". You cannot edit this application by that time unless the status being changed to "returned", which means you missed some personal information that university required. You should carefully read the school's response and edit your application as request.
