1 Why should I register?
CHIWEST provides online application service for students planning to study in China. All users are able to browse the information on the site. Only registered members are eligible to use our online application service.

2 How can I register?
On the homepage, click "Register" and enter the registration page. Fill out the registration form with accurate information. Please note that an asterisk (*) indicates that a certain item must be filled.


3 How can I change my password?
Login to "My Chiwest" and click "Settings" on the right-hand side of the page. Follow the instructions given; input your old password as well as your new password, and then confirm your new password.


4 How can I recover a forgotten password?
Click the "Forget Password?" button on the right-hand side of the page. Input the e-mail address you used to register and the verification code. The system will send your lost password to your E-mail.


5 What is "My Profile" used for?
CHIWEST uses the My Profile function to help applicants navigate their way through confusing application forms. While in the process of filling in application forms, some personal information will be automatically recorded in the My Profile function. When an applicant fills out forms for other schools, My Profile will use this information to automatically help the applicant fill out each school's unique application form.
