Helongjiang Sanjiang Vocational College of Fine Arts is approved by the Heilongjlang Provincial People's Government, filed with the Ministry of Education, and administered by the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education. The college has established the following schools: the School of Artificial Intelligence, the School of Low-Altitude Economy, the School of Art Therapy and Health Industry, the School of Design and Technology, the School of Intelligent Construction Engineering, the School of Digital Animation and the Sino-Russian Joint Education Institute, as well as the Bejing Teaching and Intensive Training Base. It enrolls students globally.

The Harbin Campus is a modern, digitalized campus located at No. 1 Longmei Road Harbin. Covering an area of approxi-mately 130,000 ㎡ with a building area of 110,000 ㎡, it features a beautiful environment, complete functions, and advanced facilities, with distinctive regional characteristics.
