
Established in 1989 and sponsored by International Education Association Shanghai (IEAS), Shanghai International College of Culture (SICC) is a non-government college for international student authorized by Shanghai Municipal Education Commission (SMEC). The main campus is located in one of the most well known commercial area within walking distance to Shanghai Railway Station.
SICC employs a team of highly experienced educators proficient in cross-cultural communication, equipped to provide international students a variety of courses and exceptional learning experiences. For more over thirty years, SICC has drawn over 5,000 international students and expatriates from more than 50 nations to study on campus.
SICC's educational purpose is to cultivate a robust faculty, enhance instructional quality, and offer different course offerings for international students studying Chinese language and culture through adaptable and varied educational formats.
